incorporates a Magnetic Sensing Unit (MSU) and separate Outside Air
Temperature (OAT) probe. This highly accurate system employs the
latest Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) technology to provide
extremely precise digital output and referencing of aircraft position rate,
vector, and acceleration data.
